Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Database

ACC Database contains salivary gland tumor xenograft raw data characterized on the genomic and proteomic level (cytogenetics, array CGH, microarray gene expression profiling, mass spectroscopic analysis of protein phosporylation). This website provides access to tissue samples and molecular derivatives with annotated clinical and bioinformatics data to the scientific community.

Donor Information

Tumor demographics of individuals with adenoid cystic carcinoma; such as, the anatomic Site, tissue source and inital diagnosis.

Mouse Xenograft

Xenograft data from tumor implanted into mice; such as, implantation site and data, time to first harvest, histologic image.

Omics Data

Experimental data of the xenografts: Array CGH, microarray gene expression, phosphoproteomics and drug screening data.
